Refund policy

At By Aliu we want you to be completely satisfied with your shoe cleaning service.

Before Cleaning If your shoes are not accepted after reviewing your submission we will issue a full refund within 3 to 5 business days. No questions asked.

After Cleaning Once your shoes have been received and the cleaning process has begun we are unable to issue refunds. If you are unsatisfied with the results of your cleaning please contact us at hello@byaliu.com and we will work with you to make it right.

Shipping Damage We are not responsible for damage that occurs during inbound shipping. We recommend packing your shoes securely and using a tracked shipping method. All outbound shipments from By Aliu are fully tracked.

Lost Packages If your return shipment is lost in transit we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and keep you informed throughout the process.
