Based in the Kitchener Waterloo Region? We offer local pickup and delivery. No shipping required. Select local pickup on the form after purchase.

After purchase you'll receive a confirmation email with a Google Form link to submit your shoe details and photos. We'll review your submission and send you our ship-to address within 24 hours (or arrange for local pick up). If your shoes are not a fit for our service we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Please note: 7 to 10 business day turnaround. Orders across Canada & the US. We only work with 100% leather dress shoes. Synthetic leather shoes or sneakers will not be accepted.
